Official Rules
Roger Dean Stadium – 10 oz Silver Royal Canadian Mint Bar Giveaway
1. Sponsor
The Roger Dean Stadium – 10 oz Silver Royal Canadian Mint Bar Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Metals Mint (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Roger Dean Stadium or its affiliates.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Florida, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Metals Mint, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) are not eligible to participate.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on February 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM (ET) and ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (ET) (the “Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the entry form available at https://metalsmint.com/roger-dean-baseball during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to submit more than the allowed entries may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s discretion.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 10 oz Silver Bar from the Royal Canadian Mint (the “Prize”). The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via phone and email within twenty-four (24) hours of the Giveaway closing date. If the winner does not claim the Prize within seven (7) days of the initial contact, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- The Giveaway is void outside Florida and where prohibited by law.
- By entering, the winner is given the option to opt-in or opt-out to allow the use of their name, likeness, and/or submitted materials for promotional and marketing purposes by Metals Mint.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries. The Sponsor is also not responsible for lost or damaged prizes once awarded.
- Entrants’ information will be kept private but may be used to contact participants regarding the sale of precious metals products by a representative of Metals Mint.
8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Metals Mint, Roger Dean Stadium, and their respective affiliates from any liability, claim, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, receipt, or use of any Prize.
9. Privacy Policy
Entrant information is collected solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared or sold to third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the terms of this Giveaway.
10. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.
