Minted ingots go through more steps in production than their cast counterparts. All silver bars start out as cast bars, with longer cast bars fed into automated presses that stamp out precise sizes and shapes for minted ingots.

After the ingots are stamped out of the initial cast bar, each one is engraved with designs on the obverse and reverse. In most cases, these designs are precision struck by machines to deliver a reliable appearance from one bar to the next.

The obverse of the Argor Heraeus Silver Bar available here comes with the Argor logo at the top. All markings are arranged in portrait orientation from top to bottom, with the logo followed by the nation of issue, weight, metal content, purity, and assayer’s mark.

On the reverse side of the 100 Gram Silver Bar, you will find the Argor-Heraeus logo. This version of the logo is smaller than the obverse, but it repeats several times across the field.

These 100 Gram Argor Heraeus Silver Bars are available to you housed in a protective blistercard. This blistercard has the name of the mint, as well as matching details for the weight, metal content, and purity.
