When it comes to buying gold notes, the Goldback Gold Note Series is one of the more distinctive options. Not only does each individual weight in the Goldback Series have its own design, but each Goldback Gold Note is also a form of voluntary local currency. You can both invest in gold with these notes and spend them with participating vendors. Aurum gold notes are produced by Valaurum in the United States of America using 24-karat gold.

Each 25 New Hampshire Goldback Gold Note packaged here comes with its individual currency sleeve. Goldback Gold Notes are comprised of thin layers of gold applied together between two sheets of polyester. To ensure the full protection of these gold notes, the currency sleeve offers another layer of protection against any possible damage to the gold bullion layers within the polyester sheets.

New Hampshire Goldback Gold Notes join the Utah and Nevada series of gold notes as a form of voluntary local currency. Though none of the Goldback Gold Notes are considered US legal tender, each one is also a form of voluntary local currency in each respective state. The gold notes can be used for commercial transactions with any vendor that volunteers to participate and accept the notes for payment. The Goldback Gold Notes come in weights that range from 1/1000th Troy oz to 1/20 Troy oz.

On the obverse side of 25 New Hampshire Goldback Gold Notes is a depiction of Fortitudine. The female personification of Fortitude, she is an allegorical vision of courage come to life. Courage is a virtue that shows one choice to confront agony, pain, and danger. The design of fortitude here is reflective of the fighting spirit of New Hampshire and other American colonists in facing the British Empire during the revolution. The image of fortitude shown here is draped in the stripes of the American flag while wearing a Revolutionary War soldier’s coat. She stands at the ready with her musket prepared to showcase the strength of revolutionary spirit.

The reverse field of the 25 New Hampshire Goldback Gold Note has only the reflected image from the obverse. The thin layering of gold that goes into the creation of gold notes makes it difficult to produce a fresh design on the reverse that is separate of the obverse design. Doing so could result in muddled design elements on both sides. This side does, however, lack the enhanced visuals and colorizations from the obverse.
