Each 2022 1/10 oz South African Gold Krugerrand is available in Brilliant Uncirculated condition through this listing. The 1/10 oz Gold Krugerrand is available individually in plastic flips or by multiples of 50 coins in acrylic tubes.

Gold Krugerrands were introduced in 1967, but the fractional-ounce gold coins were not made available until 1980. The heyday for the fractional-ounce Gold Krugerrands came right away in the 1980s. For example, the highest mintage figures recorded in the 1/10 oz Gold Krugerrand all came between 1980 and 1982. The debut release sold 856,001 1/10 oz gold coins, with its highest mintage recorded in 1981 when 1.108 million coins were sold in the 1/10 oz gold series. The mintage of 1/10 oz Gold Krugerrands has not surpassed 100,000 in any given year since 1985.

On the obverse of 2022 South African Gold Krugerrand Coins is a depiction of Paul Kruger. The left-profile relief of the former four-term president of the South African Republic was created in 1892 by Otto Schultz. The design first appeared on gold coins of the South African Pound in the 19^th century.

The reverse side of 2022 1/10 oz Gold Krugerrand Coins features the image of a Springbok antelope. Native to the grassy plains of southern Africa, the Springbok is the national symbol of the modern Republic of South Africa. In this design from Coert Steynberg, the Springbok is shown pronking. This movement consists of several leaps in a row as the beast runs that eventually propels it as high as 4 feet off the ground with all four legs off the ground at once.
